Why Moxie & Marmalade?

Let me explain… First, let’s begin with a definition of moxie:

mox·ie // (mks) noun. Slang

1. The ability to face difficulty with spirit and courage.
2. Aggressive energy; initiative
3. Skill; know-how.

I’d like to think I have some of the qualities listed above. But, mostly, I just love the word. Say it with verve, you’ll understand.

Marmalade? Because it’s food. And delicious. And gorgeous to photograph. And…it sounds lovely when paired with moxie.
